We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- unworn,
- unused,
- with tags,
- and in its original packaging.
You will also need to provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
If you are returning an item because you no longer want it or it does not meet your expectations, the cost of return shipping must be covered by you. Returns will only be accepted if evidence is provided that the item is in its original condition (e.g., photos showing it is unused and undamaged).

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- the item is defective,
- damaged,
- or if you received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),
- custom products (such as personalized or made-to-order items),
- personal care items (such as beauty products),
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. A refund will be issued only if the item:
- is unused,
- is in its original condition,
- includes all tags, seals, and original packaging.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
